Shruti Kulkarni, believes Recruitment to be her ‘passion’, and hence founded SK consulting in 2019, after gaining core experience of around 15 years. In her career, she has worked for Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, Automation and IT verticals. She has been associated with corporates as well placement consultancies in leadership role in Recruitment. This has helped in quick understanding of the ‘client perspective’, JD along with any practical challenges face towards fetching the RIGHT candidate
Shruti is fully involved in each position SK Consulting is hiring for. Her personal touch to each position improves the shortlisting ratio and turn around time in closing the position and smooth onboarding for candidate in the Company. She is known for improving Interview – select ratio and saving time for her clients.
Shruti has a full time MBA degree with specialisation in HR from Pune university, after her commerce graduation from University of Jaipur.
When she is not recruiting, you will find Shruti spending quality time with her son and cooking delicacies for her family!!
